This workshop will introduce you to the seven chakras of the human body. Each chakra is an energy center with corresponding emotional, mental, and psychical functions. You will discover ways to self-identify blockages and learn how to balance the chakra system by using crystals, foods, colors, mantras, affirmations, and sound frequency!

After learning about the chakras, you will be guided through a chakra-alignment meditation. Once the meditation has ended, we will move seamlessly into a healing sound bath experience using crystal singing bowls, which are precisely attuned to the frequency of each chakra.
