ABOUT THE EVENT-
This workshop will introduce you to the seven chakras of the human body. Each chakra is an energy center with corresponding emotional, mental, and psychical functions. You will discover ways to self-identify blockages and learn how to balance the chakra system by using crystals, foods, colors, mantras, affirmations, and sound frequency!
After learning about the chakras, you will be guided through a chakra-alignment meditation. Once the meditation has ended, we will move seamlessly into a healing sound bath experience using crystal singing bowls, which are precisely attuned to the frequency of each chakra. You will emerge feeling refreshed and aligned, with a better understanding of your chakras and how to work with this internal energy system moving forward.
ABOUT NATASHA-
Natasha is a certified Reiki Master in the Usui-Tibetan tradition and a certified Practitioner of Sound Healing and Sound and Vibrational Therapy. As an energy healer, Natasha uses both Reiki and the power of sound and vibration to align the chakras, clear the auric field, and create homeostasis in the body.
NOTE TO PARTICIPANTS-

Dress comfortably! During the classroom portion of this workshop, participants will be provided a meditation cushion to use while sitting on the ground. I recommend bringing a journal and pen to take notes; handouts will also be provided.
Participants will lie on the floor for this workshop's meditation and sound bath portions. Please bring any items that would enhance your comfort. I HIGHLY recommend bringing a yoga mat, a pillow, and a blanket. Feel free to bring additional items, such as an eye mask/pillow, personal sacred talismans, or meditation crystals. Remember, the more relaxed you are, the more you receive; the more you receive, the more you heal!
