Natasha uses an ethical investigation method that combines historical research and ITC (Instrumental Transcommunication) devices. ITC devices allow communication with and detection of lingering spirits in real time. She has been investigating the paranormal for nearly a decade and has been fascinated with it even longer.

Jen was introduced to the world of paranormal investigation through Natasha. She always has a question at the ready and has experience with all ITC devices, investigative methodology, and the terminology involved with investigating the paranormal. She will be the first to tell you the only thing she fears "are real, live people in the dark" and that "fear surrounding the paranormal is due to the unknown - once you have a better understanding of it, it goes away!" 

Natasha and Jen will interview their clients and related affected persons about their experiences in a location before conducting the investigation. The area's history, tragic or otherwise, can shed light on a specific location's situation. This information can help to decode any potential responses received during the investigation. 

Spectral Visions Paranormal prides itself on operating ethically with both clients and the spirits they encounter. Spectral Visions will never use provocation to elicit a response. They will never intentionally anger, upset, or provoke negative energy in the location where they are working. An ethical operation is always their number one priority. A paranormal investigation aims to help eliminate the fear of the unknown. 

*It is important to note that performing an investigation may not prevent future activity from occurring. However, if spirits discover an outlet for communicating with the living, there is less reason to act out and call attention to themselves moving forward. There is also the potential to relieve some anxiety for the client(s) based on the potential answers from the research and the evidence captured.
